Big Rooms and Long Porches in Driftwood

Your Driftwood home was built for the view, and an LED Video Wall gives the great room or the covered porch a picture as big as the space around it. One seamless image, sized to the wall, bright enough to enjoy with every door open.

Houses Built for the View

Out along FM 150 and FM 1826, homes sit at the end of long driveways, with stone great rooms whose ceilings go up and up and covered porches turned toward the sunset over the hills. A regular TV gets lost in rooms like that. On a wall that size it looks like a postage stamp.

An LED Video Wall is made to the measure of the wall itself. One picture with no seams and no black borders, as wide as the space calls for. Prestige Visual Systems designs and installs them for Driftwood homes, inside and out. Call (512) 920-0413.

Where the Wall Goes

  • The covered porch or pool cabana, so the whole crowd can see the game
  • The stone wall at the end of the great room, where a TV always looked too small
  • The guest house, for family who come out for the weekend
  • A media room that is ready for something new after the projector

Outside in the Afternoon Sun

Out here the afternoon sun is no joke, especially on a porch that looks west. An outdoor LED Video Wall looks beautiful on a summer afternoon, then turns the porch into a movie screen once the sun drops behind the hills.

It is made for the outdoors from day one, not an indoor screen carried outside.

Media Rooms and the New Wave After the Projector

If the media room still runs a projector, an LED Video Wall is the new wave for that room. The same big picture you already enjoy, now with the lights on and the shades open, and nothing hanging from the ceiling.

Driftwood, Right Next Door

Driftwood is a short drive up FM 150 from our working wall in Dripping Springs, so you can watch one running before you plan a thing. Next we come out, walk the property with you, and put a design and a written proposal for that room or that porch in your hands.

If the house is still being built, we work with your architect and builder so the wall is planned in from the first drawings.

We also install across the rest of the area, including Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Austin, Bee Cave, Lakeway, and Lake Travis.

Driftwood Questions

Who installs outdoor TVs and LED Video Walls out here?

Prestige Visual Systems designs and installs indoor and outdoor LED Video Walls for Driftwood homes: covered porches, pool cabanas, great rooms, guest houses, and media rooms. Our working wall is next door in Dripping Springs. Call (512) 920-0413.

Can a big screen work on a west-facing porch?

Yes, when the porch is covered. An outdoor LED Video Wall stays bright on a sunny afternoon. On the site visit we look at the porch and the light, then design the wall to fit.

Our home is on acreage well off the main road. Do you come out?

Yes. We come out to homes all over the Hill Country, including ones far off the highway. On the visit we walk the property with you and find the wall that should hold the picture.

What does the wall show when nobody is watching?

Whatever suits the room. Between games and movies it can hold a piece of art, a slow scene from nature, or family photos, so the wall still looks like it belongs in the house.
